Yang Maocai, male, was born on September 2, 1970 in Tianmen City, Hubei Province. Postgraduate of Central South University of Finance and Economics, senior economist. He is currently the executive vice chairman of the National Council of Urban and Rural Construction, the vice chairman of the Hubei Private Association, the standing member of the Hubei Federation of Industry and Commerce, and the chairman of Huamao Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd.

Huamao Construction Engineering Group, founded by Mr. Yang Maocai, has a registered capital of 320 million yuan and is a super-class enterprise for general contracting of housing construction projects. Its subsidiaries include mines, real estate, new building materials, schools, hospitals, etc., and it is a comprehensive large-scale enterprise.
