A 12-year integrated boarding school (primary, middle, and high school) covering 400 mu (approximately 26.7 hectares) with a total construction area of 180,000 square meters and an enrollment of 9,000 students. The school's philosophy is "Knowledge as the root, people as the foundation." Its strategy is based on "group advantages, renowned school resources, expert governance, and foreign teacher participation." It emphasizes character development and the cultivation of innovative abilities, striving for modernization, internationalization, and distinctive features in its educational approach, aiming to become a leading school in Jingchu. Currently, there are 139 classes across primary, middle, and high school levels, with nearly 5,858 students and over 880 faculty and staff. Foreign teachers are employed on a permanent basis.

Mr. Yang Maocai, a master's graduate from Zhongnan University of Finance and Economics, and a senior economist. He was awarded the "2011 National Three Rural Figures" which caused a sensation and had an impact on China, the 2012 Hubei Provincial "May 1st Labor Medal", the 2013 Hubei Provincial Moral Model, and the 2014 China Construction Industry Outstanding Integrity Entrepreneur.

He currently serves as the Executive Vice Chairman of the China Urban and Rural Construction Industry Collaborative Innovation Platform, Vice President of the Hubei Provincial Construction Industry Association, President of the Tianmen Municipal Construction Industry Association, Member of the Standing Committee of the Tianmen Municipal People's Congress, Chairman of Hubei Huamo Education Group Co., Ltd., and Chairman of Huamo Construction Group Co., Ltd.
