Our school's 2019 spring semester staff training activity (Part 2): General school supervisor and executive principal Liu Chengde gave a training theme report titled "A Group of People Can Go Further"

● Ideology is the precursor to action. We must place ideological and work style construction in an important position. All members of the school committee, school and department leaders must take the lead, setting an example, enforcing regulations, and taking responsibility. All departments, offices, and faculty and staff must strictly enforce discipline, improve work style, establish regulations, and build a positive image.

● The quality of education and teaching is the lifeline of the school. Although our school has a short history, it has achieved considerable success in the quality of education and teaching, showing promise and gaining recognition from all sides. However, we must strive towards even higher goals.

● The efforts and dedication of all faculty and staff have brought about the school's successful start and growth. From frontline teachers to support staff, from senior backbone members to young teachers, everyone has demonstrated a positive spirit, which is both moving and reassuring. Such an excellent team of faculty and staff is the driving force behind the school's development.

● Serving students and parents, and achieving satisfaction among parents, students, and society, is the goal and purpose of the school. We must use high-quality teaching and educational services to earn a better reputation.

● The pursuit of excellence is endless. There is still room for improvement in education and teaching, logistical services, and class management. There are also imbalances in management and development between departments and classes, requiring greater effort and exploration from all faculty and staff.

● Let all faculty and staff unite, move forward, build and manage the school better, deliver a satisfactory report to the people of the city, and offer a gift to the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.
