Our school held the second head teacher forum

12 Month 16 On the evening of the day, our school held its second head teacher forum. From three departments, 9 Head teachers, under the theme of "My Class Story," shared their experiences and insights in teaching and class management with all the faculty and staff. Their speeches vividly demonstrated their noble sentiments of caring for and educating students with love, responsibility, and wisdom, touching every listener present.

The head teachers who spoke at the forum 9 were: Elementary Department 105 Class Ma Li, 206 Class Peng Fang, 409 Class Wan Tianqi, 504 Class Huang Yuan, Junior High Department 704 Class Zeng Qian, 713 Class Gu Huirong, 804 Class Xu Yujie, Senior High Department, Grade 1 ( 6 ) Class Tao Heping, Grade 2 ( 2 ) Class Tian Hongxia. Using love to interpret education, devoting more love and patience to left-behind children, students with learning difficulties, and "problem students" were the topics they discussed most.

The school's chief supervisor and executive principal, Liu Chengde, delivered a concluding speech at the forum. He pointed out that head teachers are the link and backbone of implementing education and teaching, holding an important position, bearing significant responsibilities, and having a glorious mission. He highly praised the hard work and excellent achievements of the head teacher group. He urged all head teachers to be good "principals," teachers, and "parents," further strengthening class management, caring for all students, teaching, instructing, and resolving doubts, guiding students' healthy growth, and making new contributions to promoting the school's work to a new level.
