But when you think about it carefully, many of the concepts and practices of Hengshui No. 2 Middle School are actually similar to ours, except that they have done better and implemented more specific and detailed. We should also strengthen and improve in several aspects.

　　First, motivation is the core of class management. Cultivating collective awareness, team awareness, and arousing the will to forge ahead are the starting point and end point of class management. It is necessary to instill in students the concepts of cherishing time, obeying orders, ordering and prohibiting, so as to create a good learning environment and rest environment for all students; only can students have a sense of urgency and crisis awareness, so as to seize all the bits and pieces of time that can be grasped To learn, to move forward.

　　Second, we must awaken the self-confidence of students. After I returned from studying in Hengshui, I followed the requirements of the department and put class culture into the focus of management, and formulated class slogans, class oaths, class mottos, class songs, and class goals. When I saw the nonchalant expressions of some students, my confidence and passion were hit. I thought about giving up, but when I remembered the unyielding spirit of the students in Hengshui No. 2 Middle School, I had the belief to persevere. Although the effect is not obvious now, I believe that a good class culture will definitely arouse students' confidence and activate their diligent cells.

　　Third, in terms of cultural construction, we focus on environmental education and create a class and campus atmosphere in which everyone talks about learning, everyone is learning, and learning from time to time. Hengshui No. 2 High School campus can be seen everywhere in the ancient and modern inspiring quotes, the personal files of students with outstanding college entrance examination results, the teaching area and corridor culture show the unique personality of each class, and every place inspires students to set their own goals and urge them to continuously improve Self, improve yourself, and strive to move towards a better self. In fact, we can also do these things.
