Summary: On the morning of September 18th, our junior high school held a on-site promotion activity for the "December 9th Class Management and Operation Model".

Advantages of the "129 Class" Self-Governance

It effectively cultivates students' teamwork awareness and the psychological qualities of daring to reflect and being good at communication. It promotes the improvement of students' self-management abilities and the smooth completion of various learning activities. It suits students' growth patterns and better serves their future development needs.

Advantages of the "129" Class Self-Governance

To make every student an excellent manager; the ability to express, manage, and administer are essential qualities for becoming a manager after entering the workforce. We allow students to practice these skills now, truly serving their growth.

Balanced Grouping, Democratic System

Democratic election of main class officers. A student class teacher, two class monitors, and nine group leaders are elected through job application speeches and democratic reviews.

The class monitor democratically forms a class committee. The establishment of the two-group committee allows more students to participate in class management, more broadly improving their organizational, management abilities, and sense of responsibility.

Clear Division of Labor, Responsibility to Individuals

Responsibility to individuals is a basic characteristic of class self-governance. Through clear division of labor and responsibilities, it ensures that everyone in the class has something to do, and everything has someone to do it. Overall, the class management adopts a contracted responsibility system where the class teacher (student class teacher) is responsible for the whole class, the class monitor for sections, class officers for lines, group leaders for groups, and students for specific points.

Rotating Weekly Duty, Rotating Supervision

The weekly duty class committee checks the daily behavior and learning situation of the students in the class according to the division of labor and point assignment table, and conducts quantitative management according to the "Class Civilization Management Rules," making records in the work manual. The class monitor reports the points added and deducted in the class bulletin every day.

Interdependent Goals, Cooperative Mutual Assistance

This is the key to establishing an effective learning group. It makes students understand that there is first an excellent collective, and then excellent individuals. It encourages learning groups to not dislike or blame those "holding back" group members, but to encourage and help them, establishing a positive interdependent peer-assistance relationship.
