713 Class Star of the Day: Liu Xinyu - The blossoming of a flower is but a moment, but growth requires the accumulation of strength day after day. You don't have extraordinary intelligence, nor dazzling brilliance, but you have a diligent spirit and an upward tenacity. You have overcome one hurdle after another on the path of learning with perseverance and an unyielding spirit. You are a role model for everyone to learn from, coming from the ordinary, yet possessing a unique charm!

701 Class Star of the Day Award Speech: Yu Yi - Early summer is still cool and pleasant, and the fragrant grass has not yet withered. "To know what you know and to know what you don't know." You always approach learning with a pragmatic attitude. On the long road of learning, you interpret your persistent pursuit with perseverance and progress, seizing the day and not wasting your youth. May you sing all the way and make progress on your learning journey!

III. 714 Class Summary for June 29

(I) Star of the Day: Gao Wei

(II) Education and Teaching:

1. English Class: Today's class focused on end-of-term review, reviewing common mistakes unit by unit to help students organize knowledge points. Students were very active in answering questions, but nearly ten students did not participate in class discussions and remained silent, although they did complete and submit their homework.

2. Math Class: Today's class mainly focused on explaining the end-of-term simulation test paper. Answers were given to students to self-correct, with explanations of key questions. Students were guided to analyze where they lost points on the test paper, identifying their weaknesses. Students were not very active in answering questions, with only a small number of students actively participating, and only a few students were willing to proactively explain the questions, but all students completed and submitted their homework.

3. Chinese Class: Through the end-of-term review paper, students were encouraged to find their exam state, cultivate good exam habits, and improve their problem-solving abilities. Some students need to improve their problem-solving speed.

4. Moral and Legal Education Class: Recitation and memorization of knowledge points, targeted training for weak areas, and the learning completion rate needs improvement.

(III) Teaching Reflection:

A student named Xiao Cai has been unmotivated in class. After a private conversation, Xiao Cai expressed that going to school felt worse than being in jail. This was extremely shocking. Why did Xiao Cai feel that studying was worse than being in jail?

First, his learning life lacks joy. "Being needed by others" and "being appreciated by others" are important sources of confidence and happiness. Due to his consistently poor grades, he is also ignored by his classmates, making him feel a very low sense of presence in the class, losing his confidence and courage. Sitting there every day, he is simply "a mediocre performer," just going through the motions.

Second, although he has "tried his best," he still cannot meet the teacher's requirements. The content taught by the teacher is simply too difficult for him. Every day, he is pressured by the teacher to recite, write, and memorize various concepts, nouns, formulas, and theorems. With his current learning level and abilities, he simply cannot complete the tasks. But if he cannot complete the tasks, he not only has to endure the teacher's "ideal future education" but is also forced to "work overtime." How can someone who is constantly forced to strive for something they cannot achieve have confidence?

Reflecting on Xiao Cai's case has given me a deeper understanding of "becoming a person is more important than becoming talented." If education only brings students pain, then even if students achieve "dazzling success" in their studies, it is a failure and tragedy of education. Allowing students to do what they "can do" is a fundamental educational principle. People are only interested in what they "can do," especially those things that are "easy to handle." They will become more confident and interested the more they do, and may even reach the "ideal" level. How to enable students to "do it" is the internal skill of an educator.

IV. 813 Class 6 Month 29 Day Summary of Classroom Dynamics

①Chinese Language Class : The class has entered the review stage, but judging from this week's Chinese class, students are less attentive and proactive than before. Because of online teaching, it is difficult to control the students' situation. During reading and recitation sessions, some students always slack off. To address this, I changed my approach, randomly checking students and requiring recitation via video connection, which has improved efficiency. In Chinese language learning, doing exercises and recitation are fundamental. Next, I need to address the issue of students' unwillingness to think and do exercises, improving classroom efficiency through parental supervision offline and detailed explanations online.

②Mathematics Class : Students are in good condition, with most actively participating in class, and there is good cooperation between teachers and students. Today's class mainly focused on discussing and explaining problems and mistakes from the Changjiang River after-school and holiday assignments. In online classes, it is particularly important to motivate students, strengthen teacher-student interaction, and fully reflect students' initiative. Ask students more questions during class, encourage them to answer, and interact with them more. Exercises should be explained and practiced efficiently, and students' correction of mistakes should be supervised to ensure they benefit from their work.

③English Class : Most students can sign in and attend class on time. Several students, including Chen Jinting, Zhou Shuai, Zeng Yongxin, Yan Hao, and Li Kangjie, have consistently performed well, attending class on time or even early, actively interacting with the teacher during class, responding promptly, and providing accurate answers. However, some students, such as Tang Le, have a serious problem with being late or leaving early. A small number of students, such as Chen Jinhao and Zhang Ben, have mastered the art of 'silent cultivation,' deeply understanding the meaning of 'to leave after finishing the task, and hide one's merits and fame.' Only the attendance sheet can prove that they were actually present; when randomly called upon to answer questions during class, they often do not respond or respond too slowly.

English teacher Li uses various methods to encourage students to participate in the classroom. Because it is impossible to constantly monitor the students' listening status and facial expressions, various methods are used to encourage student participation. For example, : Before class, English songs and learning videos are played to attract students' attention. During class, students are randomly called upon for video interaction, interactive panel quizzes, voice recitation, and dictation with photo submission to check learning outcomes. Timely praise for excellent performance encourages more students to participate in the class.

④Physics Class : Today's physics class involved practicing mechanical efficiency calculations. Based on the feedback, students who performed well include Zhou Shuai, Yi Anman, Gu Yongzheng, Yan Hao, and Chen Zijun.
