II. Online Teaching Effectiveness:

1 Teachers carefully prepare lessons by studying teaching materials and watching master teachers' videos to optimize their teaching designs, highlighting key points, breaking down difficulties, and controlling class duration. Finally, select homework questions. Precision teaching focuses on micro-lessons, short videos, interactive Q&A, and learning support, with concentrated tutoring and Q&A. Teachers use APP for online Q&A and tutoring. They use WeChat, phone calls, and home visits to conduct home-school communication, push learning resources, and provide tutoring and Q&A. They use pre-class songs, morning meetings, or class prompts to interact before class and stimulate students' learning interest. Every day, they summarize the key, difficult, easy, and wrong points of the previous day's learning, comment on the previous day's homework, praise excellent students, and set examples.

2 Areas needing improvement:

1 1) Due to the long online class time, student attendance needs to be rectified.

2 2) It is necessary to strengthen ideological education for sixth-grade students, boost morale, and stabilize emotions.

3 3) As collective lesson preparation enters the review phase, targeted question type analysis is needed.

Strictly enforce basic knowledge and strengthen exam point practice.

  1. Various subject research activities are actively carried out. Below are the end-of-term review and exam preparation meetings for each subject.
