My three-day field trip and study in Hengshui left a deep impression on me and I remain deeply moved. What struck me most was the spirit and vitality of the Hengshui students. I won't mention the elegant and inspiring school grounds, or the motivational quotes on every hallway and staircase; nor will I mention the impressive student calisthenics, the loud, high-pitched morning readings, or the amazing silent evening self-study with "zero heads up". Nor will I mention the learning slogans inside and outside each classroom, or the challenges and responses between classes and students. I'll just talk about the awe-inspiring "number one exercise"— The orderly steps and formations, The strong slogans and oaths. As one after another strong figure and determined face passed before my eyes, I felt a powerful force of progress and the youthful breath rushing towards me. I couldn't help but be moved to tears, my blood boiling, as if I were back in my passionate high school days. It was at that moment that I suddenly understood why they could produce dozens or even hundreds of Tsinghua and Peking University students every year — It is the spirit of striving upward, forging ahead, youthful fearlessness, and never giving up that inspires them to move forward.

I think that being a student at Hengshui No.2 Middle School must be both painful and joyful; being a teacher at Hengshui No.2 Middle School must be both hard and eternally youthful. To live a life of mediocrity, without passion, is like a passing cloud; reform and innovation will have their pains, but tomorrow is always new, and life is therefore evergreen. One must have spirit and vitality, the determination to roll up one's sleeves and work hard, the courage to face difficulties and overcome them, and the courage and determination to reform and innovate. As teachers, we must change our traditional educational concepts: whether a class is well-taught is not determined by how well the teacher teaches, but by how well the students learn; it is not determined by how much passion the teacher puts in, but by how much passion the students put in. We must boldly reform the classroom teaching model: shifting from a teacher-centered model to a student-centered model; shifting from a teacher-led model to a student-led model; giving the classroom to the students, getting the students moving, making the classroom come alive, and thus building an ecological and efficient classroom. We must implement collective lesson preparation, carefully prepare each lesson, exchange and debate, learn from each other's strengths, and continuously improve through practice.

One should be like the teachers and students of Hengshui No.2 Middle School, full of spirit and vitality. Let us work together, strive for further progress, strive to realize our life values, and create a more brilliant tomorrow for Yingcheng Huamo Foreign Language School.
