The municipal food safety and hygiene inspection team came to our school for inspection and guidance

On September 21, a special inspection team on food safety and hygiene from Yingcheng City, led by Vice Mayor Zhao Hongfen and Xie Zhongle, Director of the City Food and Drug Administration, visited our school to conduct a thorough and detailed inspection of our food safety and hygiene work. Seeing that the canteen was clean and hygienic, that the channels for grain, oil, flour, raw and cooked food, and condiments were standardized with complete procedures; and that the procedures for food and utensil cleaning, sterilization, disinfection, and sample retention were standardized and in place, the inspectors expressed satisfaction and urged us to maintain these standards to ensure food safety and hygiene and the health of teachers and students.
