Initial Experience of Military Life - High School Freshman Military Training Opening Ceremony

The new students' participation in military training is a microcosm of Yingcheng Huamao Foreign Language School's emphasis on cultivating good habits. The aim of military training for new students is to enhance their national defense awareness, cultivate their perseverance, and help them quickly develop good study and life habits, so that they can embark on their high school studies with enthusiasm, strong physique, and unwavering will.

On the morning of August 31, the school's freshmen arrived at the Yingcheng City Youth Off-Campus Activity Center training base, where the military training opening ceremony was held, marking the beginning of the five-day military training and enrollment education activities. School leaders, military instructors, class advisors, and all freshmen participated in the opening ceremony.

At the opening ceremony, Principal Zhou Jian first expressed his care for all the freshmen, representing the school in extending sincere greetings to all participating students, paying high respect to the instructors, and expressing heartfelt gratitude to all teachers and staff involved in the military training. Principal Zhou made clear demands to the students: first, all students must have the right attitude and participate in military training with enthusiasm; second, respect the instructors, strictly demand themselves according to military standards, and strictly obey; third, hone their will and temper their character during military training, showcasing the positive spirit of our school's students. Base principal Huang Yingzheng hoped that the students would hone themselves during military training, enhance their sense of collective honor, love and help each other, quickly adapt to high school life, and strive to take the first step well in high school. At the opening ceremony, the instructor representative gave a wonderful military skills demonstration.
