Before the lectures, they conducted in-depth analysis of the teaching materials, carefully prepared lessons, and developed teaching designs and plans; teaching teams helped each other, discussed collectively, and jointly optimized teaching designs; senior teachers listened to and evaluated the lessons of participating teachers, pointed out shortcomings, and provided suggestions for improvement. In the activity, everyone showed their skills, the teaching methods were flexible and diverse, and the teaching materials were rich and colorful. Students in the classroom listened attentively, the classroom atmosphere was enthusiastic, participation was active, and knowledge mastery was good.
