Our school held a grand opening ceremony and awards ceremony for the new school year.

Orange, yellow, orange, and green; pomegranates hang high; drums and music sound together, colorful balls fly; the campus is filled with the laughter and joyful festive atmosphere of the children. On the morning of September 15th, Yingcheng Huamao Foreign Language School held a grand opening ceremony and commendation meeting for the 2019-2020 school year at Huamao Square, Starting a new journey for the new school year.

Zhao Hongfen, Deputy Mayor of Yingcheng City People's Government; Yang Maocai, Chairman of Huamao Construction Group and Hubei Huamao Education Group; Liu Chengde, Principal of Yingcheng Huamao Foreign Language School, and other leaders and guests attended the meeting and gave speeches.

Scholarships were also awarded to outstanding students at the meeting. More than 10,000 teachers, students, staff, and parent representatives attended the opening ceremony.

Zhou Kaifeng, Executive Vice Principal of the school, presided over the celebration ceremony that day.

Zhao Hongfen, Deputy Mayor of Yingcheng City People's Government, gave a speech at the ceremony.

She affirmed the achievements of our school and emphasized the importance of earnestly studying and implementing the spirit of various levels of education work conferences, keeping in mind General Secretary Xi Jinping's scientific exposition on education of "who to cultivate, what kind of people to cultivate, and how to cultivate people", implementing the Party's education policy of "cultivating morality and people" in the new era, and continuously strengthening and improving education work.

She hoped that teachers would carry forward the spirit of dedication of "coming with a heart and not taking away a single blade of grass", cultivate solid teaching skills, excellent teaching abilities, and scientific educational methods, and truly achieve "being a teacher with high learning and upright conduct, being a role model for students in learning and behavior". She encouraged students to establish lofty ideals of serving the country and the people from a young age, study scientific and cultural knowledge diligently, achieve all-round development in morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics, and labor, and contribute their wisdom and strength to society, the people, and the motherland after growing up, becoming qualified builders of socialism and successors to the cause of communism.
