Speech by Liu Chengde, General School Supervisor and Executive Principal

●All work in the first semester has progressed steadily, and the education achievements have been remarkable. This is the result of the joint efforts of all teachers and staff. The 125 teachers and staff commended today are representatives and typical examples among them.

●The speeches of four teachers and staff at the meeting vividly interpreted the "everything for the children" spirit, demonstrating the noble teacher's morality and touching feelings of nurturing students' growth with love and responsibility.

●Sticking to our original aspiration and forging ahead into the future, we should focus on five aspects of work in the new semester:

Implement the education guideline of "cultivating morality and talent," strengthening ideological and moral education and daily behavioral norms education for teachers and students.

Take the quality of education and teaching as the foundation and the basis for development, and deeply promote the standardization activities of efficient ecological classrooms to effectively improve the quality of teaching.

Strengthen institutional construction and promote standardized and scientific school management.

Focus on education, guidance, and improvement to build a high-quality team of teachers and staff.

Effectively carry out safety work to ensure the physical and mental health and safety of teachers and students.

 

The meeting was presided over by Han Kai, vice principal of the general school and principal of the senior high school department.

Yin Jinjun, vice principal of the general school and principal of the junior high school department, announced the commendation decision.

29 outstanding class teachers, 66 excellent teachers, and 30 excellent staff members were commended and rewarded. All school leaders presented awards to them.
