Notes

I. Registration

Participants are requested to register at the front desk of Yingcheng Jingang Hotel before 12 noon on December 17. After payment, collect the information bag (containing representative certificate, etc. conference materials ) and check in. Please fill in the unified social credit code of your unit when registering for hotel invoice generation. Unified Social Credit Code ，以便酒店机打发票。

II. Parking

Participants driving their own vehicles are requested to fill in their license plate number upon registration so that the conference organizing committee can issue temporary passes for entering and exiting Yingcheng Foreign Language School. All vehicles must be parked in the hotel courtyard or on the campus of Yingcheng Foreign Language School; do not park randomly.

III. Meals

Except for lunch on December 18, which will be a buffet at the designated restaurant in Yingcheng Foreign Language School, other meals will be arranged at Jingang Hotel Breakfast: Crystal Hall on the first floor; Lunch and dinner: Western Restaurant on the first floor 。请 participants should dine on time with their representative certificates 进餐。

IV. Others

1. Participants are requested to abide by the law, pay attention to safety, and not drink alcohol during working hours.
