Summary: To rapidly improve the professional skills of our school's young teachers, enabling them to quickly adapt to the needs of educational and teaching work, expand their development space, and enhance their educational and teaching abilities, our school's primary school department held an award ceremony for the Young Teachers' Excellent Lesson Competition and the First Teaching Forum. This event allowed teachers to engage in deeper learning and exchange on professional matters.

To quickly improve the professional level of our school's young teachers, enable them to adapt to the needs of educational and teaching work as soon as possible, expand their development space, and enhance their educational and teaching abilities, our school's primary school department held a youth teacher's high-quality lesson competition award ceremony and the first teaching forum, allowing teachers to have deeper learning and exchanges in their professional fields.

     Teacher Tang Yong, who is rich in teaching experience, offered his unique insights on primary school science review, calling it a review Three-Round Golden Plan ”:

The first round is chapter review, mainly to sort out the knowledge network, and complete the corresponding mind map under the guidance of the teacher.

The second round is thematic review, focusing on common problems in unit tests, solved in class through varied exercises.

 

The third round is comprehensive training, mainly focusing on popular examination points, through testing.

     Li Xue Lan positions herself as a developing teacher, viewing herself, her students, and the world with a developmental perspective. She shared with the teachers present from three aspects: making the teaching path directional and goal-oriented; directing love and patience towards student development; and allowing teaching to develop like students. Especially in terms of student tutoring and remediation, she uses recording the slightest progress of students' grades to increase students' confidence and motivation, allowing students to enjoy learning, learn well, and form a good class style and academic atmosphere.   

Teacher Zhong Zhenlei Actively practices the "student-centered" concept under the new curriculum, and is inspired by Mr. Tao Xingzhi's educational method of "Little Teacher System." Combining this method with the characteristics of her class and extending its application through multiple attempts, she has made every member of the class eager to be valued, recognized, needed, and affirmed, forming a situation in the class where teachers are happy to help, students are happy to learn, mutual learning and assistance, and striving for excellence, truly making the mathematics classroom lively.

Finally, the judges selected the first, second, and third prizes for this forum, and the leaders attending the event presented honorary certificates to the teachers who won awards in the teaching competition and teaching forum.
