Wang Lei, Standing Committee Member of the Yingcheng Municipal Committee and Director of the Municipal Committee Office; Zhao Hongfen, Deputy Mayor; and Zhang Siming, Director of the Municipal Education Bureau, accompanied the investigation. Liu Chengde, the school's chief supervisor, reported on the relevant situation. The survey team listened to a report on the school's work and conducted a thorough investigation into the school's funding, operating conditions, faculty structure, enrollment, and educational and teaching management.
