I put a small sticky note on my desk, listing the assigned homework and things to be done, writing down the time limit, and checking it off after completing each item. This allows me to complete tasks in a planned and efficient manner, and also avoids forgetting or missing important assignments.

Adjusting mentality. Students will be nervous about exams, and I am no exception. Later, I found that the learning and examination mentality is very important, and I gradually found a good way to relieve psychological stress, which is to treat the exam as usual homework. Of course, the premise is to treat the usual homework as an exam. After each exam, there will be some points that make us regret and regret, and the reasons are mainly due to mistakes in reading questions, carelessness, and calculation errors. For these problems, we can develop the habit of circling key words and phrases while doing questions, eliminating such phenomena from the source.
