Recently, our school has implemented the "Food Safety Law" and relevant regulations from higher authorities on school food safety management. We have conducted several inspections on food procurement, storage, cooking, and sanitation in the cafeteria to ensure food safety.

To ensure food safety, all rice, flour, oil, seasonings, and vegetables must be checked for supplier approval procedures. Entry time and batch records are kept, and the entry of products without proper labeling is prohibited. Inventory is checked weekly to prevent the use of expired products. Strict separation of raw and cooked foods is enforced, and food ingredients are stored off the ground and on shelves. Food processing procedures have been improved, adjusting cooking, serving, and presentation times for vegetables according to the different seasons and school schedules to ensure freshness and warmth. All served food is kept for inspection for 2-3 days before disposal.

Bowls, chopsticks, food containers, and other tableware are washed three times and then disinfected twice with boiling water and steam. Cafeteria cleaning, ventilation, disinfection, pest control are strictly implemented according to regulations, with dedicated personnel for inspection and record-keeping. Cafeteria staff must undergo health checks and obtain health certificates before starting work. Newly hired personnel cannot work without certificates, ensuring 100% compliance. The General Affairs Office conducts two group training sessions per month for all employees to enhance food safety awareness and address any issues promptly.

The school has also collaborated with food and drug administration and health and epidemic prevention departments to develop an emergency response plan for food safety issues, ensuring the safety and health of teachers and students.

The school organized relevant personnel to inspect the food hygiene and management of the cafeteria and supermarket.
