III. 706 Class Summary

1. Star of the Day: An Yi

You are ordinary yet simple, intelligent yet generous. Over the past year, you have made rapid progress in your studies, making teachers and classmates look at you with new eyes. But who knows how much effort is behind this achievement? When I learned that you diligently study difficult math problems every night, I was deeply moved. This truly proves the old saying: "Perseverance can move mountains." Diligence is the most valuable quality a person can have; it will benefit you for life and help you achieve success. !

2. Class Management:

Due to prolonged online teaching and lack of supervision, many students have shown obvious signs of fatigue and slackness. To address this, I recommend inspirational articles to students before each class and communicate privately with students who are in poor condition after class. I also contact parents to fully understand their children's learning situation at home and work with parents to find effective solutions. I sincerely care for students and encourage and praise them frequently.

3. Teacher's Teaching:

Chinese Class:

Today's Chinese class involved reviewing "The Stone Beast in the River." Students first recited the text and translated key sentences, then their understanding was tested through in-class exercises. When explaining the exercises, emphasis was placed on areas prone to errors and confusion, and students were asked to take notes. Most students were in good condition in this class, especially Xu Wenjun, Zhou Le, and Jiang Ruyi, who were able to think actively and speak enthusiastically.

Mathematics Class:

During the final exam review phase, teaching and practice were combined, focusing on reviewing students' weak points and strengthening training. Students were tired of exams, so the frequency of exams was reduced, and direct lectures were given instead. Before class, 15 minutes were given to do multiple-choice questions. Based on the students' performance, the questions were explained. Easy questions were addressed first, then difficult ones, to cultivate students' answering skills.

English Class:

Emphasis was placed on basic knowledge, especially the mastery of English vocabulary and grammar. Knowledge points were sorted out unit by unit, and various methods were used to help students memorize. Student progress was monitored, and attendance for each class was announced afterwards to ensure students completed their homework on time.

4. Existing Problems:

Some students are passive learners, lacking initiative, and their homework is perfunctory.

IV. 814 Class 6 Month 30 Day Summary

Classroom Dynamics

①Chinese Class : Before the Chinese class in the morning self-study, the teacher assigned morning reading tasks and set requirements. Most students were able to enter the meeting and turn on their videos on time to start morning reading, but some students' voices were too low and needed to be reminded. In the first period of the Chinese class, "The Story of a Horse" was reviewed, and important nouns, verbs, and key translations were reviewed with the students. In the second period, a comparative reading of "The Story of a Horse" was completed, and students were asked to analyze key question types and summarize answering skills.

②Math Class : The students are in good condition, and most of them are active in class. The cooperation between teachers and students is harmonious. Today's main content is to focus on the Yangtze River homework and the last new lesson, and a simple analysis of the knowledge points of last year's final exam paper was conducted. In online classes, it is particularly important to mobilize students' enthusiasm, strengthen teacher-student communication, fully reflect students' initiative, ask students more questions in class, let students answer more questions, and interact more with students. A general summary of the mathematics knowledge points of this semester was also made.

③English Class : Online learning is coming to an end. I use Tencent Classroom for live classes. QQ Group assignments are arranged, and then homework is checked and feedback is given in the evening. Now, I am summarizing and reflecting on twenty days of learning.

Problems :

1. In the live online class, students have a weak foundation, a large amount of coursework, and the teaching pace is too fast for students to absorb.

2. Every day in QQ the assignments posted, many students cannot complete their homework, especially the recitation content.

3. I repeatedly urge students in the QQ group every day, and some students ignore my messages.

4 I personally contacted parents by phone, and they sounded very cooperative, but the children's actions did not follow, and there is a lack of communication with the students.

5. Due to their poor self-control and lack of motivation for proactive learning, rural children pose a significant challenge to teaching.

Measures taken to address the problems

1. Contact the parents of students who do not submit homework again, hoping for mutual cooperation.

2. When encountering difficult problems during live classes, I immediately explain them to the students. After the class, I summarize the knowledge points and send them to the students, asking them to recite them carefully and do the corresponding exercises.

3. Adopt differentiated instruction and assign different homework to students of different levels.

In short, during the online class period, for the sake of the students, I will do my best to be responsible for each student, so that every student can learn new knowledge and master the knowledge firmly.
