Excerpts from the Elementary School Principal's Forum: "My Class Story"

  As a young head teacher, Li Yuxin's primary concern is how to help children adapt to the learning and living environment of this boarding school as quickly as possible; how to build a close, harmonious, and amicable emotional atmosphere with students; and how to communicate effectively with parents and gain their trust and support. Teacher Li Yuxin's heartfelt message:

Head teacher work is ordinary and tedious. Only through practice can we explore effective work methods to class management work to a new level 。

  Ms. Huang Yuan used the story of a special student in her class who, under the teacher's care, gradually opened up, transformed themselves, and integrated into the learning and life of the class. This is a true reflection of the poetic words at the beginning of her speech:

     The sky's care for birds allows them to fly higher; the sea's care for fish allows them to swim freely; a teacher's care for students allows love to resonate.

Ms. Huang Yuan's experience summary:

1. Use life care as the main thread to eliminate feelings of inferiority;

2. Use activities as a platform to resolve homesickness;

3. Use learning guidance as a vehicle to improve independent learning ability;

   4. Use psychological counseling as a medium to fill psychological gaps.

As a head teacher in a boarding school, Peng Fang constantly reminds herself that parents entrusting their children to teachers is a testament to their trust and expectations in the teachers and the school. Teachers are the parents' support, and we must do our best to alleviate their worries, carefully care for each child, and reassure parents so they can focus on their work. With this belief, Ms. Peng works diligently every day, patiently educates, and constantly reminds herself to be a good role model for her students. In class management, she pays attention to understanding, caring for, and respecting students. In the year she has been a head teacher at the school, she has shared many stories with the children.

Ms. Peng Fang's message:

       Even with many hardships and fatigue, thinking of those innocent smiles, those heartwarming words, those warm hugs, and those sweet "hello, teacher" greetings, all unpleasantness will vanish. I believe that as long as I continue to love my children, my children will always accompany me on my journey!

In Teacher Chen Xia's heart, teaching is always a sacred profession. It shoulders a historical responsibility, awakens human souls, and guides generations from ignorance to maturity.

Time flies. Having taught for more than ten years, she started working as a head teacher at this school. Since then, she has been constantly reflecting and improving herself, doing her best to pay attention to each student. How to enter the students' minds and effectively cultivate their core competencies is the class story that Ms. Chen Xia shared with everyone.

Ms. Chen Xia's message:

Loyalty to the cause, love for students, and patience in work are indispensable qualities for me as a teacher.
