Summary: On August 10-11, as an important part of the summer teacher training, our school held a teacher forum, including a moral education forum and a teaching forum. Ten outstanding head teachers and teachers representatives took to the podium to share their educational teaching cases and exchange work experience and insights. Moral Education Forum On the 10th, the moral education forum was hosted by six outstanding head teachers and the most caring teacher representatives. "Love" for students was the common theme of the speeches by the six teacher representatives, and therefore won rounds of applause from the audience.   On August 10th and 11th, as an important part of the summer teacher training, our school held a teacher forum, including a moral education forum and a teaching forum. Ten outstanding class teachers and teacher representatives took to the podium to share their educational teaching cases with their colleagues, and exchange work experiences and insights.
 
  Moral Education Forum
 
  The moral education forum held on the 10th was presented by six outstanding class teachers and teacher representatives with the most love. 'Love' for students was the common theme of the six teacher representatives' speeches, and therefore received rounds of applause from the audience.
 
  Lei Wando (Elementary School): Being a Careful Class Teacher
  Carefully observing students' daily activities, carefully doing students' ideological work, tolerantly treating and correctly handling students' shortcomings and mistakes, can create a harmonious classroom atmosphere.
 
  Huang Lifang (Junior High School): Love, Accomplishes Students, and Accomplishes Oneself
  ● Attach importance to class system construction, race against time, and improve learning efficiency and effectiveness through management.
  ● Form a good classroom atmosphere, and let goals become the motivation for learning.
  ● Strengthen home-school communication and enhance the synergy of students' learning.
 
  Tao Hui (Senior High School): Achieving the Most Beautiful Education with Heart
  ● Listening and trust often bring about a beautiful atmosphere and harmony in an unexpected way.
  ● Make good use of educational aspects such as adjusting seating arrangements to form positive learning competition.
  ● Companionship and attention are the most sincere care and protection that educators can give to students.
 
  Ye Lei (Elementary School): Me and "Restricted Students"
  "Restricted students" are those students with poor learning and behavioral habits. For them, we must use the right methods, devote more patience and love, befriend them, and help them gradually transform and change.
 
  Chen Junjun (Junior High School): Creating the Future with Love
  As a young teacher, together with the children, I deeply understand that the path of giving love is arduous, the process of giving love is sweet, and the giving of love brings a return of love.
 
  Wu Han (Senior High School): Paving the Way for Students' Growth with Love
  Respect, trust, and understanding students are the golden keys to successful education, and also the motivation and source of students' growth and progress.
 
  Teaching Forum
  The teaching forum held on the 11th featured four backbone teachers from Chinese, mathematics, English, and physics, who combined classroom teaching practices to share and exchange their explorations and attempts in improving teaching design and teaching processes, improving classroom teaching efficiency, and cultivating core subject literacy. Yang Jianqiang, the director of the general school's teaching office who chaired the forum, gave comments, providing inspiration and food for thought.
 
  Liu Zhaoxia (Elementary School Mathematics Teacher): "Rooted in Mathematics Classroom Teaching, Cultivating Students' Core Literacy"
  The classroom is the main battlefield of teaching. The goal of mathematics classroom teaching should be to cultivate students' core mathematical literacy.
 
  Wu Biyun (Junior High School Physics Teacher): "Conditions and Applications of Object Buoyancy"
  Taking one class as an example, she shared her thoughts on improving and optimizing physics teaching design, reflecting this young teacher's positive attempts at the new curriculum reform concept.
 
  Chen Xiangping (Elementary School Chinese Teacher): "Entering the Primary Chinese Reading Classroom"
  Reading a book a hundred times, its meaning will become clear. How to make reading a habit for students and a norm in the classroom is a major issue that has stood the test of time in Chinese teaching.
 
  Hu Juan (Junior High School English Teacher): "Let Learning Truly Happen"
  Independent learning and collaborative exploration are not just about fun and lively scenes, but about letting students experience and learn in context. Teachers must play a guiding, promoting, and controlling role.
  Yang Jianqiang, director of the general school's teaching office, commented on each of the speakers' presentations.
